Asking is always free. Running a flock on it is the paid part.
Anyone can ask, and every instrument — planner, growth table, triage tree, house view — works in full on the free tier with your region, house and flock size. Paid plans lift the daily question cap and turn the planner into your own books: your feed, chick and live-weight prices, saved per farm, benchmarked against the regional figures, and exportable as a costed cycle plan.

Questions people actually ask
Why charge at all?
Every answer runs a model against a curated reference library, and keeping regional prices, breed tables and regulations current is ongoing work. Paid plans fund that instead of advertising or selling your flock data.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. You keep the free tier, your saved farms stay in place, and nothing you have entered is deleted.
What happens to my saved farms if I downgrade?
They are never deleted. Above the free limit of one farm they become read-only until you free a slot or upgrade again, and your own prices stay stored, just unused in calculations.
Is my flock data used to train anything?
No. Your context is sent with your question so the answer fits your house, and that is all it is used for.
Prices in US dollars. Field guidance, not veterinary diagnosis. Regional figures are planning defaults you can overwrite — Jamaica is one example within a global model.
