What this tool promises, and what it refuses
Using Broiler.ai means accepting what follows. It is written to be read once and understood, because the decisions this tool feeds into involve live animals, food and money.
What you are getting
Broiler.ai turns a question into a written answer plus the arithmetic behind it. The written part is generated by a language model grounded in a curated reference library, published breed growth tables and regional planning defaults. The arithmetic is deterministic and shown on screen.
Every figure that is not a law or a published breed target is an assumption, displayed so you can overwrite it. Where a region publishes no figure, the app says so rather than supplying one. That is the standard we hold ourselves to; tell us where we fall short of it.
What it is not
It is not veterinary advice and cannot diagnose or prescribe. Nothing here authorises the use of a medicine, sets a withdrawal period for you, or replaces the duty to report a notifiable disease. Sick or dying birds are a matter for a veterinarian and, where the law says so, your animal health authority.
It is not legal advice. The rules module names the instrument and the authority behind each requirement precisely so you can confirm it; national rules change, and confirmation is your step, not ours.
It is not a quotation, a price guarantee or a financial projection. Budgets built here are models. The market will do what it does.
It is not a marketplace. We rank no paid supplier listing, take no commission on anything you buy, and accept no payment to appear in any answer.
Where responsibility sits
Decisions about live animals, stocking, medication, slaughter, food handling and money are yours. Check the context the answer was computed from, replace the assumptions with your own figures, and confirm anything regulatory with the named authority before it is expensive to be wrong.
We offer the service as it is and cannot warrant that every figure suits your situation, that an answer is complete, or that the service is uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from decisions you take using it — including lost birds, condemned product, penalties or lost profit. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Your account and fair use
Keep your sign-in to yourself and give accurate information when you report a price — pooled figures are only useful if they are honest, and deliberately false reports are removed along with the account behind them.
Do not scrape the site or drive it with automation, resell the answers as your own product, attempt to reach other users' data, or use the tool to do something to animals that the rules module tells you is unlawful where you are. We may suspend an account that does these things, and will say why.
Plans and payment
Card payment is not connected. No plan can currently be purchased, no card details are collected anywhere on this site, and the pricing page records interest only. Descriptions of paid features are a statement of intent, not an offer you can accept today.
When billing does open, the terms of any subscription — price, renewal, cancellation and refunds — will be presented before you are asked for a payment method, and no charge will be made on the strength of this page.
Content and ownership
Your questions, farms, batch records and price reports remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to run the features you used: to compute an answer, to store what you asked us to keep, and to include your price and cycle figures in pooled medians and benchmarks that are published only above the group-size thresholds described on the data page.
The app, its calculators, its written library and the Broiler.ai name are ours. You are welcome to use any answer in your own operation, quote it, and print the reports.
Reaching us, and changes
There is no support mailbox, by design: the help and FAQs page is the first support channel and is kept current. For anything it cannot resolve — an account you cannot get into, a deletion or data request, a figure you believe is materially wrong, or a legal notice — use the private written contact form. It records the request and the reply address you provide without publishing a general support mailbox.
These terms may change as the tool does. Material changes will be visible here, and continuing to use the service after that means accepting them. If you disagree with a change, stop using the service and ask for your account to be deleted.
